  • Heat up the mattress or pad 10 minutes before use.
  • Mat surface temperature of up to maximum 55°C to 65°C(when internal mat temperature set to 70°C).
  • Far Infrared can help the self-healing ability of the body to become reactivated again.
  • Use thin cotton clothes or put a thin cotton sheet over the mat. Rather no synthetic clothing (while sweating).
  • Don’t put your head on the stones (upper part of the neck is okay).
  • Make a good habbit. Drink one glass of water before use and one after use. (to replace the water after sweating and to get rid of toxins). Drink a minimum of 2 liters water (room temperature) in a day.
  • In case of pregnancy and for people with a pacemaker apply not above 42°C / 108°F and no more than 1 to 1½ hours use afterwards.
